Local author Terri Reid will present a keynote address on the ins and outs of being an independent author, as well as how to get started in publishing and marketing your own books. The keynote address will be followed by a panel including Reid and other local authors – Rachel and Ash Ahrens, and Laura Kearney – to discuss everything from putting your books on audible to writing in different genres. A Q&A session will follow each segment. Admission is free and light refreshment will be served after the meeting.
