Here’s an EASY snack you can make for yourself as well as your kiddos

 

Trail Mix Ingredients: 

Nuts: Peanut (I prefer dry roasted), almond, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, macadamia, and cashews

Seeds: Pumpkin, sunflower, flax, hemp, and chia

Dried Fruit: cranberries, raisins, apples chips, banana chips, blueberries

Sweets: M&M’s, marshmallows, Reese’s Pieces,  dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut flakes, yogurt drops, chocolate chunks, chocolate candy bites

Grains: Cereals (Cheerios, Chex, Golden Grahams), pretzels, Teddy Grahams, popcorn, Goldfish

 

Favorite Combinations: 

S’more Trail Mix – Teddy grahams (or Golden Grahams) , marshmallows, and M&M’s (or chocolate chunks)

Almond Joy Mix – Almonds, dark chocolate M&M’s, coconut flakes, pretzels

Traditional – Peanuts, almonds, M&M’s , and raisins
