Ingredients:
12 tbsp. (1 1/2 sticks) – butter, softened
1 cup – brown sugar
1/2 cup – granulated sugar
1 egg
1 ½ tsp. – vanilla
1 cup – flour
2/3 cup – cocoa powder
½ tsp. – baking soda
¼ tsp. – salt
1/2 cup – Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup – White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup – Reese’s Pieces
Instructions:

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla. Mix well.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined

Then add the peanut butter and white chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces. Mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

Form dough into balls 2 – 3 tbsp. in size and flatten slightly. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
